What do you mean "the service stops working and I must start it manually"?

In other words, which case of the following two cases do you mean?

(1) wsgate server crashes. You can NOT access the FreeRDP-WebConnect webpage https://192.168.1.30
The FreeRDP-WebConnect webpage is also shown in the following Youtube link.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZpRLtHV0iY

In the 1st case, you need to restart the wsgate at Win server 2012 R2.

(2) wsgate still works well at at Win server 2012 R2. You can access the FreeRDP-WebConnect webpage https://192.168.1.30
You just need to type Hostname, username and password, then you can reconnect the remote machine.

In the 2nd case, you do NOT need to restart the wsgate at Win server 2012 R2.

Dear Mr. winstonhong

I'm completely meaning the case (1)
The service stopped and i must restart it manually or make the recovery action as 'Restart the service'

FreeRDP-WebConnect webpage at https://192.168.1.30 becomes Not available ! till i start the service again
and I can't see the page with the Youtube link.

The problem with starting the service again is the already opened connection are terminated and all user's opened applications and his work was lost

So, I'm trying to prevent the crash to make the connection more stable

Thank you Sir and I Hope we can stop that crash Soon

(1) If you download FreeRDP WebConnect Windows Installer from the following link

http://freerdp.net/download.html

FreeRDP-WebConnect-latest-Setup.exe

is the same as

FreeRDP-WebConnect-1.0.0.167-Setup.exe (2.28 MB) 21.10.2012 15:12:56

(2) Windows Installer is built using the approach described in the following link.

#2

(3) According the guidance of README in the following link, Windows Installer is built with mingw32 (32-bit OS).

https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP-WebConnect/tree/master/wsgate

This means that Windows Installer should work stably under 32-bit Windows OS such as Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server.
Such Windows Installer may still work stably under 64-bit Windows OS such as Windows 7 and Windows 2008 Server.
However, Windows 2012 Server and Windows 8 are quite new, with regard to the Windows Installer created in 2012.

Solution 1:
If you want to connect the remote machine and your local machine is also Windows OS, you do NOT need to rely on FreeRDP-WebConnect.

You just need to follow the guidance in the following link.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/connect-using-remote-desktop-connection#connect-using-remote-desktop-connection=windows-7

Solution 1 is not suitable for enterprise management of remote desktop access, especially available public IPV4 addresses are very limited.

Each remote desktop requires one public IPV4 address for Solution 1, while one public IPV4 address can support more than 60,000 remote deskop for Solutions 2 and 3.

Solution 2:
Follow the guidance in the following two link to build 64-bit FreeRDP WebConnect Windows Installer for Windows 2012 Server under 64-bit Linux OS (NOT 32-bit Linux OS), and please use mingw64 cross-build, NOT mingw32 cross-build

Solution 3:
Follow the guidance of the following link, install FreeRDP WebConnect in the Linux server instead of Windows 2012 Server

@MostafaElbaz if you installed the service using http://www.cloudbase.it/freerdp-html5-proxy-windows/
is restarts automatically in case of crashes.

Please note that various stability fixes have also been committed in the meantime.
