Can you try running against the HEAD version of Mocha and see whether you still get the same problems?
Also from the travis-ci output it looks like you are only seeing the problem in ruby-head and not in ruby-1.9.2, is that correct?
Is there any chance you could give us an example of a simple test that fails so we can try to reproduce the error without having to setup the padrino project?
Thanks, James.

Actually I've just committed a bug fix to Mocha HEAD which you may need. Can you try running with 309d450. If it works ok, I'll look at doing a release of Mocha. Thanks.

Version 0.10.0 should be available. I'm having some problems publishing the new docs to rubyforge.org, but that shouldn't prevent you using the new version of the gem. Please close this issue once you are happy all is well. Thanks.

I believe this issue has been resolved and so I'm closing it. Please let me know if this is not the case.
