不好意思才看到。
无法复现这个问题，猜测大概率是因为设为活动服务器的节点已失效所以无法访问境外网站。
可以对节点批量测速，选择速度较快的节点。

之前还可以，现在最多的就100KB的速度，大部分都不能访问
