If you dimension the object (fully constrained) you somehow need to include the axis or any reference, right?

Good point. I'm far from an expert, but from my point of view:
- This particular sketch is not fully constrained, so there is no need to include any axis in the zoomed view
- Even if it would be constrained to an axis, why not show the relevant axis then? At this time it seemingly zooms to include the 0, 0 axis point, which seems to have a construction point on it.

Something to note is that this is not something new with FreeCAD 0.22. As far as I can tell, 0.21 behaves equally.
