Employee Tracking System using network technology is supported by Organization. When the employee crosses particular boundary area an immediate alert message will be sent to the manager’s mobile phone. Employee monitoring system using android mobile is, essentially, software that allows Managers to monitor their Employee's office cell phone. All incoming and outgoing calls, texts and multimedia messages can be seen and interrupted by the Managers, who can also monitor where their Employee are (through GPS), access a history of where they've been and set up alerts if their Employee are going outside of approved geographical zones, are receiving texts from unapproved numbers or calls from banned persons. For convenience, the alerts are also stored in the centralized server like the details of incoming call, text and multimedia messages and the timely location update of their Employee. Managers may later login into the centralized server and view the details of their Employee's mobile usage. This system is really very helpful for the Managers to monitor their Employee through mobile phones. By using this system, we can avoid the unnecessary things happened for the Employee those who are having mobile phones by monitoring their mobile phone usage and also by tracking their current location through the GPS.

MySafety is a personal safety app in which users create a "social safety network" of individuals and organizations who are notified in case of an emergency or in situations where the user feels unsafe. Various features allow users to invite friends/family to follow their location via GPS when on the move, quickly send their location information to friends, set a timer that will automatically send an alarm to friends/family if they don't return in time to turn it off, or initiate a fake call into their phone if they want an interruption. In an emergency, the user can send an alarm to friends with their location information. The user can also decide whether they want the alarm to sound a loud noise on their phone or be silent so they can discreetly trigger it.

Security is an ever changing and expanding tool that will need to be utilized until we have nothing to fear. We ISOI-VIT as a team thought that though there are many SOS apps for safety and tracking purpose but still they are not as much widely used due to various reasons.So, We came up with a plan to Incentivize Consumers With Rewards to use the app for an activity that they do voluntary/involuntary i.e.-WALKING. Scene-1 is ,nowadays there are plenty of apps that provide you rewards based upon your steps.(Also some good performing apps integrate well with the smart fitness accessories). On the other hand Scene-2 The digital app stores are flooded with SOS apps but isn't it sounding good to have an option of getting rewards just for performing a task of walking with added benefits of Self-safety as the SOS features will be well embedded in the very same app.Hence, the USP-Healthy and wealthy safety. Being in the 21st century, with technology and world so advanced, we still talk about this subject, “Are Women Safe?".The theme of Women Techies Hack-DSC based on Women Safety further pushed us to think upon a device which can be worn and after getting well integrated with our only APP bridging the gap between both the Step tracking and SOS apps can help in performing some real self defence in Emergency situations with increased awareness and utilisation of the safety app which is becoming essential need of hour. Existence of fitness bands lead us to think about Scene-3 Why not have a wearable safety device as well!!! We will try to prototype an electroshock weapon(taser types) in ring form which is discrete and handy for a person's safety.The principle behind doesn't kills a person,but it's a phenomenon called neuromuscular incapacitation which makes the assailant temporarily devoid of muscle movement. Added to it further planning upon we can add other health fitness features to our small device as our app integrates both health and safety(priority) parameters.
