User verification email is marked as spam about susi_server HOT 8 CLOSED

Do we have the SPF and DKIM support for sending the emails, using these technologies would surely get the emails out of spam folder.

Thats strange, I don't see a chance to change this without more information. You must investigate why your spam filter recognizes the confirmation mail as spam. Is it the sender address? Is it a bayes filter which is triggered by some keywords in the mail text?

I tried reproducing the issue and it went into my inbox. It works fine for gmail, I tried it for two mail IDs'.
Was it for a specific email like yahoo or hotmail ?

@Orbiter it's probably an issue with the email filter or something with the authentication. The text is fine and so is the emailhandler. Check #96

I tired this with gmail IDs.
I am not able to reproduce this now, it seems like there was some temporary issue with Auth.

I do not think that we can solve this. Marking of emails as spam is done outside of Susi and it depends on the rules of the spam filter. Anything that we could do here could a spammer do as well.
