There are several game loops, using the threading.js file. This issue focuses on a good algorithm that works for any kind of obstacles and any number. No behavior is specified.
I thought of a Flappy.collidedWith(obstacle) function. Have a look if that fits. You can do it.

Yes, I think I will use flappy:fly loop to detect the next obstacle.

I think I can get all obstacles inside "cactus" layer(for example) and I can check if there any obstacle inside the screen and it starts to checking collision.
