I have changed an idea a little, so I think that this issue is not needed anymore.
I want to design only a CommonsNet logo.
Initially I though about icons to create something like Creative Commons (different icons reflects different licenses) but I have decided to get rid of it.
I need only a CommonsNet logo which will be provided to users while generating pdf/code script
Generated code will contains a logo and a link. If someone pastes this link to her/his website he or she could see a CommonsNet logo and as he/she clicks on it she will be redirected to a link where all his/her wifi's details are available.
I think that there are too many various details here like settings, payments, conditions, time limit, legal restrictions etc to reflect them by icons and we don't want to complicate the understanding.
