Oh, the screenshot is here.
I think the comparison is unclear. When you say Direct vs Forwarding, do you mean using the native client vs using ForwardMail ? Link is https://forwardemail.net/en#tti.

Direct means email from our SMTP service directly to Gmail, etc (direct SMTP sending)
Forwarding means email from our SMTP service to our MX servers which then forward to Gmail, etc (email forwarding)
