@antoneklund Yes, you would need to edit the form in the editor as well as the multi language survey component.

@antoneklund Thanks for reaching out. We don't currently have a solution like that, and I'm not sure about the tooltip solution since hovers don't work well on mobile.
We also don't have something on the roadmap for this yet, as this hasn't been requested before. Maybe you can split it into multiple questions that you solve with a call-to-action question:

I see! Your solution would be good for a general error-labeling task. However, with the study I want to do, I need the participant to see the other articles on the same screen to put them into context with each other. I realize the hover-function might not be of general use to motivate it being an added feature.

If I would like to attempt this for my own branch, is it possible to do? Would I look into MultipleChoiceSingleQuestion?
