Thank you for your investigation! I was able to reproduce the issue and will fix it soon.
And under further analysis, I also don't know why the code goes here, it looks like full report generator, but fullCoverageReport is not setted to true.
FullCoverageAnalyzableReport is super class for DiffCoverageAnalyzableReport, so it's ok that you catch the breakpoint at FullCoverageAnalyzableReport

0.9.0 is planned to release in September. Currently, you could use the workaround with enabling of html report
