@ntotten I saw this was tagged as a bug. Any update on when this will be fixed? seems i can't use any of the create commands...

I've seen this in my own environment. It is a bug within the yeoman generator code being used by the cli. You can resolve this issue by searching up your directory structure for a file called .yo-rc.json. Not sure how it gets into the file system (that's part of the investigation related to the bug) but if you delete that file, assuming you have one, you should be able to run the command.
