Sadly I see the current auth allowed me to push the branch straight to netbeans :-| so it's not really a secret anymore. Note how I changed the artifact ID to disco since io.foojay.support.foojaysupportdidn't sound that good.

Actually, if we want to support older NetBeans versions (say, 11 LTS) then we either have to go with impl dependency or with reflection. Honestly, I'd rather use reflection and call it a day.

Marking this as low priority since a friend dependency (or, making the API public like apache/netbeans#2732 does) only helps us for future releases of NetBeans, not current ones.
