.net frame work issue about boghe HOT 3 CLOSED

And i am using Windows xp (sp3) and system information is below

I have resolved the issue.
Actually invoke method need only two parameters delgate and object on .net 
framework 3.5 SP1.
So i installed .net framework 3.5 SP1 on my system as previously i have only 
.net framework 3.5 .
Now it is running Ok.
