@Harita-Nealife this converter (SADLY) only supports CSS 2.1, not CSS 3. So this is not supported and probably never will be, since an update to CSS 3 is too great of an undertaking. Not even the other big html2pdf exporter supports anything beyond CSS 2.1.

Not that I know of. You may try to use Google advanced search to search for stackoverflow posts from before CSS3 was released, though. Something like "css blur before:YYYY-MM-DD"
