Try strategies to reduce closure sizes in an ad-hoc manner about rails-nix HOT 1 CLOSED

My idea was to make a new output that only contained the minimum set of .so needed for the pg gem, but it turns out it was not needed to break the dependency on postgresql.

So this was attempted, but not actually verified to work since the output postgresql.lib didn't actually hold a dependency on postgresql.

The broad strokes of the (half-untested) idea is to use runCommandCC and copy the minimum subset of files needed for the gem, and see if it breaks the dependency. This could be used as a workaround to get things running quickly while upstream is working on an appropriate fix.

I'm saying half-untested because I did test the idea, it worked and linked successfully with the minified output path, but the conditions of the test were wrong and the dependency on posgresql wasn't held by postgresql.lib.
