apk can not open in android8.0 about flutter_downloader HOT 4 CLOSED

you need REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission to open APK files

from flutter_downloader.

I did it in 1.1.7, but not work. and I can not found the install apk permission in the permission_handler 3.0.0 .

can not open Exactly,and not work in android8.1. can not download in android 9 with in avd.
