Add a new Card - D-Boyz about ygopro HOT 2 CLOSED

1. lua is case sensitive.
2. Elemental HERO's code is 0x3008. 0x8 means "HERO".
3. "If the necessary 2 cards are not in the Graveyard when the effect of "Wroughtweiler" resolves, the effect disappears."
   so the operation should be like this:
