We are import(ing)From MASS only the functions we reuse. Import does not
attach the package, but Depends does. Moving from Depends to Imports is
what is being recommended. See, for example
http://r-pkgs.had.co.nz/description.html
Regarding explicit use of PKG::method, we should probably use it when
referring to non-base packages, say ggplot2.
On the documentation, we are moving towards rewriting all the tutorials,
currently development is at https://github.com/flr/doc but we have only
allocated work. Of course help is always welcome.

I have moved MASS to Imports, to avoid the clash with dplyr.
