Hi Jeff,I am trying with the new version hosted in github. I see lots of improvements! :)
So far I am experiencing some trouble doing "make test" on "ctables".
From my point of view, in
"init-exten.c-subst"
"EXTERN int" , should be parametrized to allow it to be "int DLLEXPORT" for a Linux distro (at least the Debian 5.0.5 Lenny one).
This is the only change I had to make this time to have it running.

However, it looks like EXTERN should be (re)defined by the tcl.h header:
/usr/include/tcl-private/generic/tcl.h:# define EXTERN extern "C" TCL_STORAGE_CLASS
Perhaps we just need to change header inclusion order a little bit?

I'm not seeing any more problems on Fedora Linux 14, so I'm closing this issue.
