The reason is that in ui/__init__.py we re-register the flexmeasures_api_v2_0 blueprint, so that it catches our new charts/power endpoint.
Either we find a way that this doesn't trigger double indexing (haven't found another drawback yet) or we need to re-architect this kind of registration (and keep endpoint implementations or at least registrations in the blueprint where they belong).
