Some ideas to further break this story down:
- provide one or more timezones and let CA figure out the business hour overlap
- provide a timezone override in which to schedule ("I'm traveling!")
- have it figure out timezone overlaps based on calendar defaults
- optimize for optional attendees as far as is possible

Next up: #36 let's make the "availability" and "show" commands support one other person in a different timezone.
After that: have "avail" support multiple calendars?
