Missing support for 68020+ flags about 68k-bcd-verifier HOT 4 OPEN

I would not expect these flags to work the same way on later CPUs because they are "don't cares" in the logic: that is, they can take whatever value that will reduce the number of transistors.

That said, I would be interested in having the information on these CPUs.

Actually it's far easier than I thought:

• 030 (perhaps 020, too -- can't test) ignores / doesn't change the V flag
• 040/060 ignores/doesn't change the V and N flag

That's it. Implemented in latest WinUAE code, too. :)
