Nice to hear that you're loving onoff...
The goal of onoff is to enable GPIO as described here in Node.js. In order to keep onoff as simple as possible I'd like to keep things things this way. This means that support for PWM won't be added to onoff.
Although I haven't looked at it, perhaps you can achieve what you want with pi-blaster.js

@sebastiaanluca I didn't change my mind. However, pigpio is very likely to be exactly what your looking for.
