I got it working by removing my "~/.config/fish/completions/ssh.fish" file that was generated by the "fish_update_completions" script.

but i've remove the ~/.config/fish/completions/ssh.fish - only the hosts from my known_hosts are listed, my ssh config are more or less ignored :/

fish_update_completions now knows better than to overwrite built-in completions. I think this has been fixed in trunk for a while - do you still see this?

This hasn't been touched for some time, and the move to generated_completions which is after the bespoke completions in the default order should have fixed this (if not fixed by #148).
