printFirmwareVersion sends the firmata version and the filename of the sketch. The potential issue here is that a filename could in a rare case include an ASCII character that is > 128 decimal. Also would be better to just use FirmataSerial->write(firmwareVersionVector[i]) than adding a new method sendValueAsOne7bitByte.

I agree for character > 128. But in order to well understand the protocol : for one character, the 1st byte will receive the first 7 bits of the the ascii code and the second byte will receive the 8-14 bits of the ascii code. So for the client side, decoding will be necessary to rebuild ascii code. Is it right ?
