Hi @liyunzhi-666, as a first step could you first verify what region you are operating in? This may include where you company//organization is based, where your technology is based, and where your customers are based.

Our company is in China and currently plans to store data in Asia.
The business may be expanded to North America in the future, and data will also be stored in North America.

hi @liyunzhi-666 thanks for the info, it sounds like a great project. We're not focusing on the China region at this time, you should re-apply with a Notary that is focused on that area. You can find that info in the Location column of the verifiers table https://plus.fil.org/verifiers.
