Work has been started.

These users each claimed they can complete the work by 8 months, 2 weeks ago.
Please review their action plans below:

1) robweb3 has started work.

Part of what you earn from working on gitcoin or other decentralized working platforms will be put in a pool that will then be redistributed to its contributors that are in need of money (after contributing for a period ). This will offer a financial safety net for its participants. All their work history, invested funds, how much and when they can pull out money if they aren't working .
2) gawainb has started work.

A gamified blockchain platform for independent creators, fans, and brands to collaborate directly and earn DeFi incentives.
3) ervindimitri has started work.

I pretend to develop a decentralized podcast application, where artists can store their podcasts and monetize
4) rezahsnz has started work.

The idea is to offer novelists a platform where they could write flash fictions where the proof of the authorship/ownership is backed by onchain signatures. This would pave the way for transparent processes of art creation. So the scheme is to provide an environment for novelists to write flash fictions(up to 99 words) and then publish them on chain with the help of NFTs. The content of the fictions(aka metadata) along with the associated materials is hosted by IPFS. By publishing, we refer to the act of minting NFTs and having them transfered to the wallet of the authors. Once a fiction is published, the author is free to trade her token in various marketplaces.
5) nya-elimuai has started work.

The elimu.ai Community DAO (http://elimu.ai) is a non-profit organization which develops open source educational software for disadvantaged children who lack access to quality basic education.

Part of our work consists of storing and distributing multimedia content like audio recordings, videos, ePUBs, images, etc. We use educational content that is licensed under a Creative Commons (CC) license.

As a step towards Web3 and decentralization, we want to make the switch to IPFS for storing this content.

Work plan:

  • Sep: Implement support for a Content Identifier (CID)
  • Oct: Add CID to existing multimedia files in the database
  • Oct: Upload to IPFS when a multimedia file is added by a contributor
  • Oct: Add CID to REST API for Android apps to know how to download it
  • Nov: Phase out the original centralized content storage
    6) sepandhaghighi has started work.

Samila is a user-friendly and easy-to-use generative art generator library written in Python, Samila let's you create arts based on many thousand points. The position of every single point is calculated by a formula, which has random parameters. Because of the random numbers, every image looks different.
Samila is integrated with NFT.Storage and has this option to upload generated arts directly.

Our plan for the future :

  1. Create a client/web app for Samila
  2. Create bots for Samila (Telegram, Twitter, and ...)
  3. Improve generation method by using AI
  4. Add more wizard modes
  5. Fix bugs
    7) dev-blockchain has started work.

Project based on filecoin
8) lopeselio has started work.

An insurance DAO for the people by the people.
9) mansoorop has started work.

It combines IPFS and ERC-721 token standard to allow users to actually own the ebooks that they've paid for. New tokens representing eBooks are minted at the time of initial purchase from the author, and the ownership of that particular ebook shifts as the token changes hands. Users can buy a new book from the author, buy a used book from other readers, and rent books from other readers as well.
10) lucasespinosa28 has started work.

Should we reach out to Gitcoin and ask them to look into the bug?
