.PNG Artifacts about grunticon HOT 7 CLOSED

Just a guess - but do those icons have shadow effects from AI? Wondering if AI is rasterizing shadows as embedded bitmaps in your SVG and that is causing oddness. Shot in the dark.

They do not, no. I'm thinking it might be a transparency issue (I might try an .svg with a background next), but that is as far as my intuition takes me. Thanks for the assistance, though.

(I also tried the star svg as, presumably, that would mitigate any factors on my end)

I'm seeing this, but only in certain situations. Both @DSchau and I are running grunticon on a Windows machine.

My Windows setup:
node: 0.8.6
phantomjs: 1.6.1, 1.9.0
grunticon: master from github

Running the same files on a Linux machine w/ phantomjs 1.9.0 and the same Grunticon creates the correct images.

So maybe the issue is with phantomjs on Windows?

I also experienced this on Windows 7 with PhantomJS 1.9.0. On OSX with PhantomJS 1.9.0, the images rendered correctly.

Again lending credence to the hypothesis that this is an issue with PhantomJS on Windows.

Has anybody had any further movement on this? Is this only happening on windows boxes?

@jlembeck No movement on my part, since Phantom JS is still at 1.9.0, and I'm in no place to try to fix that.
