Started getting this error myself too. Something must have changed on the backend.

It looks like the developer portal itself is having a bit of trouble right now.

Let's see where we stand after they sort things out 👍

cert is able to create the certificate on the portal as I can see them appearing in the portal, but then can't fetch it.

We've also seen the portal itself return this message during normal web-only interactions with certificates (as shown above), so something is definitely in flux.

But it appears it isn't..
