UDH Buffer Query about node-smpp HOT 1 CLOSED

I was overthinking. Here is my code.

Example:
const udh = pdu.short_message.udh[0]; // "<Buffer 00 03 4e 03 01>"
Above values are hex value hence we need to convert it to int to use it.
