603 received on INVITE(MSRP) session about boghe HOT 4 OPEN

I cannot reproduce the issue.
Which Sip server are you using?

I am using our SBC server, which we support MSRP Session match. Is could be a 
problem?

Following SDP is from BOGHE and send to other BOGHE client from my server: I 
Observe connection attribute is twice in Boghe client SDP, where as in my 
server SDP doesn't contains two connection parameter? is known Issue?
