在互联网+教务改革大背景下，高校各种日常工作信息化程度越来越高，但毕业设计作为高校教育尤其是高等职业教育的重要环节，在很多学校毕业设计选题却停留在手工纸质选题阶段，导致该项工作效率比较低，且耗费大量的人力，为提升毕业设计选题及指导工作的效率，我们极其需要在这样的背景下开发一套用于应届毕业生毕业设计在线选题系统，简化毕业设计选题的步骤，提高毕业设计选题的效率，优化毕业设计的结果，为同学提供一个更加公平高效的毕业选题解决方案。
