@riccardomc Were you able to have a look over this?
@mcavoyk wants to try something with local mock solutions for AWS (localstack) and for Hashcorp Vault. We would still need credits for Azure and GCP anyways for meaningful tests.
I will also ask CS to see if CS Labs can provide something here.

I also reached out to someone at AWS and applied for Open Source credits. They will give an answer in 7 to 10 days.
