Got it working in v0.11. See Travis Tests
// node >v10 does not parse JSON buffer too a buffer so we must detect and create a buffer within these mocha tests

}
And then in the test bodies...
expect(createBuffer(form.files.empty.buffer).length).to.equal(form.files.empty.size);
I'll be posting an example on the NodeJS forums as a possible(?) bug.
