Hey @mastermatt I went ahead and created it just now as #129 . I was hoping the automated creation (as spoken about in this meeting) would have been set up by now, but I don't think it has, so just made it by hand for now. Ideally the automated creation gets set up eventually.

I think that we quickly need to discuss the adoption of a template for raising issues. I think this would give folks pause for thought before they raise issues about the applications they are building.

Yes, this was discussed in issue 96 Setup issue templates with checklist for history and other things.

One thing which was not discussed there I don’t think is using a .github
repo to implement these templates. I know we just landed the CoC and other docs, but it might be nice to consider moving them. We did this in @pkgjs
and it will be much easier to maintain I think.
