Unable to resolve jarviz-parent dependency about jarviz HOT 4 CLOSED

What are the versions of java and maven?
Can you paste the error here?

We are using gradle 5.6.4 and java 1.8.0_121 to resolve the versions.

Here is the error that we're seeing:

            > Could not get resource 'https://repo.spring.io/plugins-release/com/expediagroup/jarviz-parent/0.1.7/jarviz-parent-0.1.7.pom'.

We noticed that you have the jarviz-parent pom on GitHub, but that it doesn't seem to be published anywhere else. For example, it is not available on maven central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/expediagroup/) and https://repo.spring.io/ui/native/plugins-release/com/expediagroup/jarviz-parent/0.1.7/jarviz-parent-0.1.7.pom takes us to an empty directory.

In the Maven central repo I do see the pom and all the other artifacts:

Although in repo.spring.io, I also see an empty directory. We are not publishing to that repo, so the replication to that might not be happening properly. Wondering why it is going to repo.spring.io, worth checking your .m2/settings.xml. I have a feel like this could be an issue with you Maven set up.

@lasanthak: our setup is able to find the jarviz pom, but jarviz seems to have a dependency on jarviz-parent. It's jarviz-parent we're not able to find anywhere.
