Hey, i found the fix to this issue, its the widescreen fix not exopts
In widescreen fix ini make sure you have WriteSettingsToFile = 1
Then find the Settings file once its made and there is a line called g_AnimatedTextureEnable= 0
change it to g_AnimatedTextureEnable= 1
Fountains etc work again :)

This should be fixed in the developer build now. This issue should only occur if you've used WriteSettingsToFile.
