Use targetSdk 33, Android 13 about eventfahrplan HOT 5 CLOSED

Update: I updated compileSdkVersion, targetSdkVersion, and the Dependencies listed in the original Post. After that, I had a look at newly Deprecated code (Found and Updated 1). Also, I've already implemented Per-App Translation and am working on parsing through other updates to implement.

Please have a look at former targetSdk resp. targetsdkversion tickets. In the past I read through all the changes and prepared a list of topics which are relevant for the app. Please list them here to make transparent everything that you checked.

Also, it is important to check the release build incl. proguard. You might want to generate your own release key to test it.
