It's all static files. You can download the site from etherdelta.com and
verify that the code matches what's on Github -- it always will. If you are
super paranoid and don't want to keep doing that check, you are more than
welcome to download a copy of the Github repository and run it locally.

why not let etherdelta.com 403 to etherdelta.github.io ?
etherdelta.github.io 's source is always open . It is more safety.

You may have missed the drama, but the night before last, Github turned off
etherdelta.github.io without warning. (See https://twitter.com/etherdelta
for more details.) I don't want that to happen again, so I decided to point
in this direction.

I have downloaded the site code of etherdelta/etherdelta.github.io in github, and I wanna to run it locally, but I see the website just redirected to https://etherdelta.com/. I wanna to just run it in my locall webserver, how can I do it?
and since the etherdelta is an decentralized exchange, if the order book just be broadcast off-chain or on-chain, since I see only taker is payed during an exchange. so, if the order book broadcast on-chain, the maker is also be payed.
could you please answer my questions? thank you

Run it from a server on localhost:8888 and use the index_com.html file.
