Authentication screen is successfully raised on UWP and WPF. Tested on Mac Parallels.
User can sign in directly from the app's menu or when prompted for credentials when the user is performing routing. In either case, this allows the app to access the user's web maps and display them.
Confirmed that signing out works successfully as well. User's web maps is no longer a menu option, and routing re-prompts the user for credentials.

Confirmed this works both by manually requesting to sign in as well as when not signed in, but when requesting to perform routing. An authentication screen will also be raised then.
