Since the User may or may not be a public user, the text should be generic enough for both use-cases.

Furthermore, if the sharing settings are set to Everyone leave all of the options on (Facebook, Twitter, G+, Email, and link). If sharing is set just for Organization or anything other than Everyone - provide only the email and app link.
