[[HasInstance]] internal method wrong result after using Function.prototype.bind about es5-shim HOT 5 CLOSED

I'd still feel more comfortable if we could get somebody else to confirm. Besides the Date mess, the behaviour of (and around) Function.prototype.bind is the hardest part of the ES5 spec. to understand.
