This works after an update to 0.15.1, but now, when I enable all buttons and open a file, everything is hidden, but I cannot bring it back directly. After disabling the buttons I have to close the file and re-open it to get the content in the outline. The other way around works fine though, if all buttons are disabled and I open a file, I can enable/disable a button and the corresponding content is show/hidden directly.
