Who am I?

Hey there! I am Erfan Hamdi a Mechanical Engineering student and a big fan of Opensource!

I am currently working on the usage of DeepLearning to solve scientific problems like

  • torch-PIV which I have used Conv2D module inside pytorch for calculation of th Normalized Cross Correlation between two frames of PIV, which resulted in 2X faster performance on CPU.
  • microAI an AI based webapp deployed on huggingface to calculate the lift coefficients of microfluidic channels in milli seconds instead of hours!

I also enjoy implementing self organizing systems and visualizing them!
