Hi there 👋

I am a 5-th year PhD candidate at UCR, working with Prof. Heng Yin.

I worked on dynamic program analysis approaches (DECAF++/RAID'19, SpecTaint/NDSS'21) based on whole-system emulation to enable vulnerability/gadget detection in real-world programs.

Currently, I am working on utilizing logic inference and deep learning to solve security-related programs.

I am doing an internship at DeepBits and developing services to monitor and protect cloud VMs based on memory analysis. Before that, I was a research intern at Google Cloud team wokring on kernel memory analysis to protect Google Cloud VMs.

lime

LiME (formerly DMD) is a Loadable Kernel Module (LKM), which allows the acquisition of volatile memory from Linux and Linux-based devices, such as those powered by Android. The tool supports acquiring memory either to the file system of the device or over the network. LiME is unique in that it is the first tool that allows full memory captures from Android devices. It also minimizes its interaction between user and kernel space processes during acquisition, which allows it to produce memory captures that are more forensically sound than those of other tools designed for Linux memory acquisition.
