The problem remains. What happens if you install Munin afterwards... Damn...

Doing above fixed the issue for me - and my graphs load after restarting munin-node.
I think you could add a new command to the engintron.sh file to "patch" munin cpanel.conf?

Fixed and also added the required configuration to enable Nginx tracking within Munin. Phil, can you please test this on your end too? Just delete the [apache_status] block inside /etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/cpanel.conf and then simply re-install the script.

Sorry for the delay - on daddy time at the moment - I'll fire up a vps and try this again shortly as I dont have a production server to mess with at the moment.
