I've added a "Supported" column to the Android Version History Wikipedia page, based on the "Latest Release" on each version (which is apparently a pretty good indicator of whether the version is End of Life or not).
If you are not seeing this on the live version of the page, that is because the edit was recently removed by a Wikipedia editor for being "not needed" - we'll see whether the edit will stay or not longer-term.
But in any case, this metric might be useful for determining the End of Life of Android OS versions (not to be confused with device EOL versions!)
The information can also be found here:

I see. Even with Android mobile devices would be a different story since some of them are using fork of the Android OS if I'm not mistaken.

@pradipta made a good PR. I close this issue for now.

The android EoL story is too confusing. I wouldn't even know where to start. Maybe we could pick the phones that have a minimum/announced EoL? Like Pixel has a minimum of 3 years, for eg?
The issue is that it is very much handset dependent, so unless we track it on the device level, it will be incorrect.

So Android One devices support 2 year of OS updates, and 3 years of security updates from the date of release.
Device Lists are at https://www.android.com/intl/en_in/one/ and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_One (Wikipedia has month of release, which should work)
That should be a nice starting point
