it is related with php upstream, can you reinstall it with bitbucket mirror on same server? reinstall os and do it.
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y; sudo apt-get install libxslt1-dev libcurl3 libgeoip-dev python -y; rm install.py;
wget https://bitbucket.org/emre1393/xtreamui_mirror/downloads/install.py;
sudo python install.py

i am expecting you to get same error on same server, because they are basically same.
but if you don't get same error i will test it with streams on a 8c 32gb vps. or i can test it on a similar vps to yours.

also you can check libcurl3 package, if it is missing, remove libcurl4 and install libcurl3 again.
