Topics of the advanced tutorial about python-tutorial HOT 3 CLOSED

Planning:

1. We do 2 or 3 days of advanced Python and 2 days for the libraries of the student's choice.
2. Every user picks up 2 libraries they want to study. They run through the material on their own. Tutors will be helping only with questions.
3. We will make a poll on the most interesting libraries, and we focus on those.

I'm not sure if TOML & YAML deserve an entire morning. Definitely we can bundle them together.

Also, subprocess is not a library in the sense we mean here: it's a built-in module.
